Member only visit to Wingham Wool

We like to keep our group visits relaxed and welcoming, shaped around the interests of your group.

Each visit begins with an introduction from owners Tom & Ellie, where we’ll share a little of our story — from our beginnings in South Yorkshire to our move to Gloucestershire — along with an insight into the machinery we use and the fibres, dyes, and equipment we work with every day. After that, things become more informal. You’ll have time to browse, ask questions, and — most importantly  enjoy a proper squish of the fibre. 

Our shop space is centred around our full range of fibres, which is where most visitors tend to spend their time. We do also stock a wide range of tools, equipment and dyes on site, though these aren’t all displayed for browsing, so the main shopping focus during visits tends to be our fibres. 

Ellie has provided a list of cafes and pubs nearby that she recommends - sounds fun!
